NaNoWriMo 2013

Het is weer zo ver! NaNoWrimo (National Novel Writing Month) staat volgende maand al voor de deur! Mensen over de hele wereld storten zich weer op het plotten van een verhaal, uitwerken van personages en het NaNo forum om die 50.000 woorden bij elkaar te krijgen voor 30 november, 23:59h. De officiële website is opgefrist (nu ook veel beter voor op mobiele apparaten!) en het is tijd om koffie, thee, chocolademelk, chocolade, en andere zoete en energie wekkende etenswaren op te sparen om de maand door te komen!

Voor degenen die niet weten wat NaNoWriMo is:
NaNoWriMo of ook wel National Novel Writing Month is een project voor iedereen die een boek wil schrijven. In de maand november schrijf je 50.000 woorden (1.667 woorden gemiddeld per dag) waar het dus meer om de kwantiteit gaat dan kwaliteit en om een boek af te krijgen! Er doen mensen mee over heel de wereld en als je meer informatie wilt, klik hier voor de website!

Als je van plan bent om mee te doen, laat dan even je username, titel van je verhaal (+ eventuele link) en (eventueel) je username van NaNoWriMo zelf achter! Je kunt je wordcount gaan doorgeven als het is begonnen natuurlijk!

Haha, ik denk dat ik 'm niet online zet, eigenlijk. ;o Het is meer een extra project, naast al mijn andere schrijfkunsten, maar zeker iets waar ik in November op wil concentreren. Misschien dat ik hem veel later neerzet, ik weet het niet, maar in eerste instantie blijft het iets voor mezelf. (:

There are two different family of witches, two covens who can't get along for centuries. In a little city called Sandshraw Hill, a beautiful place with lots of grass, water and nature. But this is the breeding place for the witches. To get out of their homes, they have to cross Sandshraw Hill.
When experimenting, a group of young witches created an alternative world, a world where their magic runs wild, and when touched by a being in that world, they get teleported back to their curfews and war's. Especially when an opening to the alternative world doesn't close, both coven's get in and can make the place to their will.
Chaos gets free when a young witch experiments a little too much with dead puppets, creating a dark law ruling over the alternative world, darker than the girls ever imagined.

Synopsis

The story is about a girl called Lilly, who's the Omnuis (which means she has all the supernatural genes and human genes, all in one!) who is born to the previous Queen of the Vampires, and the owner of all the Gifted Paramilitary Villages.
She's sent to live with humans after she's born, until she's 15. Then she's kidnapped by her mother and uncle, and brought to the castle. There, she's taught about the ways of being vampire royalty. Then, a team from the U.S.Army [United Supernatural Army] comes to the castle to get a alliance with the vampires. She falls in love with one of the members. During their visit, Lilly gets kidnapped by her fathers troops and locked in his Village. The visiting team rescue her, and she falls in love with another one. Lilly's father attacks the castle in another bid to get her back again.
In this chaotic world of war and blood, will she ever be able to have the normal life she craves?

So, why this figure, upon finding that soul once more in his possession, decided to send it back down to the mortal realm, is beyond the comprehension of all. Was it for it's own amusement? Or was there some other reason behind it? Some dark reason shrouded in the depths of time?
The fact remains, that in this life-time, the girl will be even stronger then the Gods. And all the different races began a arms-race in order to possess this girl, and use her vast but unstable powers to rule the world for themselves. Earth will soon become a war-ground for the Supernaturals.
The Omnuis was being born.

It sounds great, i love supernatural beings, but you should be careful with Lilly though, that you won't make her a mary-sue, because she already is so powerful. Make sure she has some flaws. (:
