Waarom staan actieve 'onzin-topics' niet bij actieve topics?

Onzin-topics worden nou eenmaal bij 't Off-Topic gedeelte geplaatst. Om te voorkomen dat 't uit de hand loopt . Aangezien het meestal nergens over gaat.
