Al meer dan 100 jaar is de aarde niet meer leefbaar, dus is een deel van de mensheid op een schip gezet en leeft nu om de baan van de aarde op dat schip. Maar na zoveel jaar kan het natuurlijk niet lang meer goed gaan, want na een hele tijd overleven, raakt de zuurstof op het schip op en moeten ze een manier vinden om te overleven. Steeds meer mensen op het schip moeten zich op offeren om zuurstof te besparen. Het beraad is van plan om 100 gevangenen terug naar aarde te sturen om te kijken of de aarde weer leefbaar is. De 100 gevangenen beginnen weer een nieuw bestaan op aarde en moeten zien te overleven en te leven met elkaar. Toch dreigt er een groot gevaar. Ze zijn niet de enige in hun gebied en hun leven raakt in gevaar door de Grounders. Zullen ze het overleven en zal de mensheid weer terug kunnen komen op aarde?

• NAME Vasili Zhabin Vasili was named after his grandfather (his father’s father, a nobel man) — something he is proud of. The Zhabin members all call him with full name, but at Borealis he is often called Vas or Vasi. • AGE 18 • NATIONALITY Russian • STATUS Stranger Vasili is one of the few students at Borealis who choose to be there — because of the number of siblings he has got at home. Most of the students do not get him and his choice to become a ‘no one’ in the Hunter world.

• LOOKS Vasili is a long (around 187 CM) muscular male with a porcelain toned skin that does not get color in the sun. Vasili has multiple versions of tattoos —all with their own special meaning and connection.       With his raven black hair, intimidating posture and wide ice blue eyes, Vasili is not a person to mess with — due to a massive death staring glare, he can make someone fall silent (a talent from his grandfather). Vasili’s jawline is strong, but he does not have much growth of facial hair (although his eyebrows are dark, prominent and thick). • FAMILY Father — Aleksandr Zhabin Mother — Yana Markoff–Zhabin Brothers — Lev (16) & Misha (23) & Tomek (3) & Yuri (11) Sisters — Kira (9) & Mila (16) & Zsofia (5) • HISTORY Vasili knew at the age of twelve that his parents could not afford to keep their children (all eight of them) alive and trained to full respected Hunters. Vasili volunteered to go to Borealis, stripping himself from his last name and throwing his potential into the garbage can. Vasili writes his parents or siblings all the time — but all of them are too afraid to contact him back, shaming their selves for his decision.
