    Storyline

    • Kingdom of the Mountain and the Vale (De Vale) - Het Huis Arryn heerste over de Vale van Arryn.
    • Kingdom of the Isles and Rivers (De Rivierenlanden) - Het Huis Hoare (House Hoare) regeerde over de Rivierenlanden vanuit Harrenhal.
    • Kingdom of the Rock (De Westlanden) - Het Huis Lannister was het heersende huis in de Westlanden vanuit Casterly Rock.
    • Kingdom of the Stormlands (De Stormlanden) - Het Huis Durrandon regeerde over de Stormlanden vanuit Storm's End.

    Sivga

    of House Umber
    The Oath Binder

    Name
    Sivga Umber

    Sivga
    Origin: Northen Dialect
"Siv" – means “cold” or “snow-born”
"Ga" – means “spirit,” “huntress,” or “strength”
Together: “Snow Spirit,” “Cold Huntress,” or “She Who Walks the Frost.”

    Umber
    Origin: The First Men
Known for their seat at Last Hearth, one of the northernmost keeps in Westeros. They are a hardy, warlike, and fiercely loyal family, known for producing large, formidable warriors with booming voices and grim humor.

Nickname: Commonly referred to as "Sivga of the North, or Sivga of Last Hearth".
    But also:
    • The Fetcher – Crude nickname used in the South for bounty hunter types.
    • Oath-Binder – Northern slang for someone who enforces broken oaths.
    • Tracker – Respected in the North.

    Age
    24

    Family
    Father | Lord Varnan Umber
Mother | Lady Greya Umber – Taught Sivga herbcraft, stories of the First Men, and battle songs.
Sister | Aelwyn Umber – Bitterness wrapped in beauty. Lost her betrothed to the Boltons.
Brothers | Torvik, Jarlen, Hoth, Branrik, and Edran Umber – Five older brothers. All at the Wall.
Mother’s cousin | Auntie Lysa – Lives near Bear Island – Writes Sivga once a month. Encouraged her to “go where your boots take you.”

“She’s not a knight. Not quite a hunter. She finds the ones who run when they shouldn't. Some call her a Seeker. Others call her worse.”

    House

Sigil: A roaring giant breaking his chains, on a brown field
    Words: Strength in the Cold
    Seat: Last Hearth
    Region: The North
Titles: Lords of Last Hearth; Wardens of the Northern Marches

House Umber is a fiercely loyal Northern house sworn to House Stark. Known for their imposing size, blunt tongues, and battle-hardened nature, the Umbers guard the North's outer edge from their seat at Last Hearth, the closest stronghold to the Wall. They are stubborn, proud, and unflinchingly devoted to protecting the realm from threats beyond the Wall, be it wildlings, deserters, or worse. Harsh lands breed harsh people, and the Umbers are as unyielding as the frozen ground they rule.

    Personality
Pragmatic yet fiery, a woman of action over words. Suspicious of anything polished or political. If your cloak is too clean, she doesn’t trust you. Loyal to the bone, but not blindly. She’ll question you, fight you, argue, but never betray you. Haunted by the past, but too stubborn to let it control her. She keeps moving. She has to. Fierce believer in honor, but sees desertion as the highest betrayal. Talks to trees sometimes. Not out loud. But close.

Sivga Umber hunts down deserters and traitors, tracking them across the North and beyond, driven by a fierce sense of justice and loyalty to her family. With her two loyal dogs, Tharn and Mara, she chases those who break their oaths.

    Appearance
Hair often tied back in rough braids • gray-green eyes • wears layered leathers and a heavy fur-lined cloak in Umber brown, built for snow and battle • knife at her hip, sword on her back • moves like someone born to hunt through storms

    History
    B I R T H
Born the sixth child and second daughter of Lord Varnan Umber, Sivga was raised with sword and snow. The Umbers have always been a martial house, fiercely independent and deeply loyal to House Stark. Sivga grew up in the rugged hills and pine-choked forests of the North, where duty is heavier than a mountain and death is lighter than a feather.

    B E T R A Y A L
Her eldest sister, Aelwyn, was once betrothed to a Stark boy, a match meant to bring the houses even closer. But the wedding never came. The groom was murdered during a Bolton betrayal, a wound that never healed in the hearts of the Umber family.

    D E S E R T E R
When rumors of White Walkers and unrest grew stronger beyond the Wall, her father sent all five of her surviving brothers to reinforce the Night’s Watch. Then came the night raid, wildlings struck a northern outpost. Sivga’s lover, a ranger, died protecting the village. The Watchmen were outnumbered, but someone fled. A deserter. She burned his name into her memory and followed his trail south.

    D E S E R T E R
Now in King’s Landing, Sivga acts as her family's hand, tracking deserters, acting as a watchful Northern eye, and trying not to draw a dagger in every southern court she enters.

Sivga travels with two massive Northern dogs, more wolf than hound, bred in the cold woods near Last Hearth for war, tracking, and silence. They are her shadows, her scouts.
    • The first is Tharn, a shaggy, dark gray brute with a torn ear and eyes like burnt amber. He’s the muscle, fast, brutal, and protective to the point of bloodlust. Tharn was raised to fight off raiders and chase down deserters who ran from the Wall, and he’s happiest when chasing prey through snow or stone alleys.
    • The second is Mara, leaner but just as fierce, with a thick white coat streaked with pale silver. She’s the tracker, quiet, calculating, and unnervingly clever. Mara is often ahead of Sivga, nose to the wind, ears twitching for movement. She rarely barks. She just watches.

    • She believes the Old Gods are watching, always, but they don’t speak in words, only wind, silence, and blood.

    • Offers small blood sacrifices on full moons, just a drop from her fingertip on the snow or soil.
    • Believes that killing with purpose is its own kind of prayer. Justice is sacred.
    • Keeps a carved Weirwood token around her neck, tied on rawhide, a gift from her sister before she left for the South.

    History
Pyotr Baelish, the eldest son of Lord Petar Baelish of the Fingers, grew up with neglect and high expectation. His father, politically ambitious and addicted to brothels, rarely showed him warmth, and Pyotr grew to despise the places his father frequented, associating them with the shame and suspicion of potential half-siblings he never wanted to meet.
At 17, Pyotr enrolled in the Citadel. For four years, he pursued forbidden knowledge, alchemy, wildfire, and darker lore. His dangerous curiosity led to his expulsion. Shortly after, his father struck a deal with House Targaryen, trading secrets and favors to have Pyotr placed in the Kingsguard to preserve the family’s reputation.
Though many would see it as a loss, Pyotr saw it as freedom. Free from marriage, free from heirs, and far from his father's footsteps. The celibacy vow was a relief, not a burden.
He has been stationed in King’s Landing for the past year, where he first met Visenya, then Kiren and Rhaegar at the Dragon Pit. He balances his duties as a Kingsguard with his personal investigation into the mysterious death of Eleana. Unofficially, he provides arcane insights to the Targaryens, gathered from his years of secret studies and wanderings in Essos and Asshai.

    • Secretly provides knowledge to the Targaryens off-record.
    • Obsessed with explosives, wildfire, and volatile alchemy.
    • Arms and hands bear scars from blood rituals and failed experiments.

House Frey of the Twins is a noble house from the Riverlands and a vassal of House Tully. Their ancestral seat is known as the Twins for its two identical keeps on both sides of a river linked by a bridge, sometimes called the Stone Bridge. The Twins is one of the primary crossings over the Green Fork of the Trident and the construction was the lifework of the Freys. It took them three centuries to build. The tolls from bridge crossings have made the Freys wealthy fairly quickly, elevating them from obscurity a century ago to being one of the most powerful noble families in the Riverlands - though they are looked down upon by the older noble houses.

Serra is a calm and shy woman. She 's more of a listener than a talker, but has a lot of inner monologue going on. Raised in a really sheltered environment, she has no clue what the reality of Westeros is. Scary stories and brutal images of the outside world were planted in her head and so Serra is anxious about new places and new people. Fortunately for her, most of the time she does not get to leave the comfort and safety of the Twins. She is very aware of the fact that she would not be able to survive on her own and so she is very loyal and thankful to her family. She sometimes does feel disconnected from them, as she does not share their ambition and political insights. She prefers soltitude and quietness over loud parties or a lot of company. Raised away from the world, she is not cultured, but is not aware of that. As the Freys love their woman silent and obedient, that is what she is. Whenever she gets a bad feeling about the decisions being made, she keeps it to herself. She can get overwhelmed quickly, as she is not used to a lot of things.

    • Before Aegon's conquest the Riverlands were a harsh place to be. Due to their central position and lack of natural boundaries the Riverlands were constantly invaded by surrounding kingdoms. When the Ironborn took over under House Hoare, they ruled the Riverlands with an iron fist. The Ironborn cared nothing for the inhabitants of the mainland, and their rule was brutal and tyrannical - far more than any previous occupier.
    • The Riverlands therefore were a place were you could not rely on others. You had to make them rely on you. House Frey understood this and began the building of a stone bridge over the Green Fork. It took three generations to finish and House Frey had lived in obscurity during the process. Afterwards they quickly grew wealthy by charging passing travelers for the use of the Crossing. The wooden towers on both sides of the bridge are now in construction to be transformed into two identical towers of stone. Other noble families look down upon them, as they do not have an old noble bloodline that dates back centuries ago and are relatively new to the game.
    • Walter Frey is, just like his ancestors, an ambitious cunning man filled with a lot of greed. It's because of that greed that House Frey keeps rising in power and wealth. To gain some alliances at 36 years old he married a Blackwood girl who was 14 years younger than him. There was no love between them, only attraction from Walters side.
    • Serra was born as the seventh child in this marriage. It was said Walter tried making an army of his own. When Serra was 6 an accident happened with some Ironborn criminals and her older brother and sister. Olyvar had sneaked out with Kitty to watch a festival in the nearby village. When the two children were found by some drunk Ironborn bastards, Olyvar tried to get him and Kitty to safety, but without any luck. Kitty was caught and did not survive the attack. Olyvar was blamed for the death of his sister and was sent to the wall by his father to join the night's watch. He joined them when he was only 15 years old. There are rumours that after 16 years of service, he now has deserted the night's watch.
    • Because of the incident with Kitty, Serra was raised away from the world. She was really sheltered and was not allowed to go any further into the outside world then walking the grounds around the Twins. Only on occasion was she allowed to travel with her father to Raventree Hall, where her sister now lived with her husband.
    • Walter Frey thought it a waste of money to send his girls to the Citadel for some learning. He could teach them everything a woman should know and that was in his opinion not a lot. The Frey girls therefore are not really educated or cultured. Serra is not aware of that, as she never really met another noble girl who is.
    • When she was 18, Serra got engaged to Othgar Hoare. It was a smart move by Walter Frey to further improve the status of his House in the Riverlands, as the Hoares ruled it. A year later, however, Harrenhal and all of House Hoare were burned alive by Aegon Targaryen. At that time Serra still lived at the Twins and therefore had escaped the slaughter.
    • During Aegon's Conquest a lot of the nobility from the Riverlands supported the Targaryens, as everybody hated the Ironborn rulers. Especially House Tully joined forces with the dragon lords. They were therefore rewarded and are now the new ruling house in the Riverlands in the name of the Targaryens.
    • House Frey did not support nor went against the Targaryens. They simply stayed out of it, hiding in the Twins.

    E X T R A
    • The religion of House Frey is the Faith of the Seven.
    • Serra knew her engagement to House Hoare was beneficial for House Frey. Ofcourse she would have had a nice life because of it, but deep down it did not feel good to marry into a family that allowed the Ironborn to behave like brutes in the Riverlands. She never told anyone about these thoughts.
    • It takes a lot of effort for her to maintain eye contact while she has a conversation with someone.
    • Is no romantic. She just wants someone who makes her feel safe and taken care of.
    • She became more faithful after the burning of Harrenhal and the luck she had by not being burned with it.
    • She has nightmares and daydreams about being trapped and burned.

The wildlings—also known as the Free Folk— are a diverse, rugged group of people who live beyond the Wall, in the far north of Westeros. They're not a unified nation or tribe, but a loose collection of clans, families, and individuals with wildly varying cultures, traditions, and ways of life. Most of them are small, tribal, and shaped by the brutal environment beyond the Wall.

    • They are known to offer children to the Others, as a way to honor the cold, to invoke the silence of death that lies in the deepest winters.

Born in the frostbound woods near the Icewater River, Ylva was raised among the Nightrunners—a lean, elusive clan that trains its young to move like shadows and hunt like ghosts. From the moment she could walk, Ylva was taught to read broken branches like a book, to stalk prey through silence, and to vanish beneath the moonlight. The Nightrunners don’t raise daughters or sons. They raise survivors.
While most people have strong bonds with their biological relatives, for Ylva, family is built on trust, loyalty, and survival. The Nightrunners value competence over kinship, and as such, Ylva never had a strong sense of attachment to her parents in a conventional way. Her father’s hunting knife and her mother’s pendant are more than sentimental items—they are reminders of her survival, a marker of the skills passed down to her by those who raised her. The "family" Ylva cares about are those she’s fought beside, those who’ve shared the same blood-soaked struggles. That being said, she still quietly holds a deep sadness at the loss of her parents.
Her younger, biological sister was offered to the Others. Ylva still keeps a lock of her hair.

Others insist it was her grandfather, or perhaps even earlier still. No one agrees on the details, but all agree: something unnatural flows in her veins. Her frostbitten eyes and the way she always knows when she’s being watched fuel the tales. Ylva never confirms the stories. She just smiles. Let them wonder.

    History
Born before House Baratheon rose to nobility, Dantis was raised among soldiers and courtiers, learning that survival often depended more on clever words than on swords. His father Orys, rumored half-brother to Aegon the Conqueror, fought battles; Dantis fought for relevance.
While his elder brothers earned glory through conquest and valor, Dantis fell into shadow. Dantis was quietly exiled for a time, sent away under the guise of "education abroad."
In truth, his exile was motivated by more than dark rumours: one night in King's Landing, tasked with overseeing Prince Valerion after his betrothed Elaena Targaryen's death, Dantis accompanied the grieving prince into a brothel. After too much wine and reckless laughter, a young nobleman (WIE WIL EEN DOOD FAMILIELID?) insulted Valerion's grief and Dantis’ honor. After some shoving and shouting, the altercation turned bloody; Dantis slew the young man with a dagger through the gut. Though Valerion’s name was kept from the scandal, Orys could not shield Dantis entirely.

In exile, Dantis cultivated a network of bastard-born children, spies, informants, and loyal agents, those with no homes but the ones he offered them. He learned that secrets, not swords, were the true weapons of kings.
Returning to King's Landing as Aegon I's newly appointed Master of Whispers, Dantis commands a vast web of informants. His network has made him invaluable, and dangerous. His habit of consorting with lowborn bastards and recruiting from fleebottom remains a source of suspicion.
Most recently, he uncovered a hidden bastard, a son of Rhaegar Waters, but he holds the knowledge close, unsure whether to trust it to anyone. Should he tell? Princess Visenya, so fiercely Targaryen that she looks at her brother Aelor with unnatural hunger? Prince Aelor himself, cruel beyond all measure, whose "Cruel Prince" title Dantis helped spread? Or Prince Valerion, a drunken whoremonger barely fit to rule a tavern, let alone a kingdom?
Dantis fears the coming reign will burn Westeros to the ground, unless someone finds a way to outpace reckless dragons.

Alys was born the first and only daughter to the King of Mountain and Vale, Jon Arryn, and his wife Queen Sharra (née Tully). A baby brother was born six years after her, and because he was a male and she wasn't, he inherited the title of King after the unexpected death of their father - who got fatally stabbed during an altercation between bannermen.
Sharra took over the reign of the Vale as Queen Regent, until her son would be old enough. Because of this, she was an absent mother to Alys, who didn't mind, because it gave her more freedom to invest in her own interests and delights.

During Aegon's Conquest, the Vale fought against the Targaryens under Arryn rule. Both sides suffered greatly, until Queen Visenya stormed the Eyrie on Vhagar, threatening to kill the Queen Regents only son unless she surrendered. Sharra did so and Ronnel was allowed to ride Vhagar in a victory lap.
After the surrender, the war left its mark on the region, leaving many sick and injured. A mysterious sickness spread across the Vale - killing hundreds of which mostly elderly, women and children. Sharra and Ronnel were not spared.
Alys, barely 16 at the time, became Defender of the Vale and Warden of the East during in the Targaryens new Kingdom, and was left to watch over the survivors and bring back peace to the Vale after years of war - all the while aiding their new overlords in their continuing campaign.

House Baratheon of Storm's End is a Great House of Westeros that traditionally rules the Stormlands on the eastern coast of Westeros, named for its frequent storms. House Baratheon was founded by Orys Baratheon, a general in the army of King Aegon I Targaryen. Orys Baratheon was also rumored to be Aegon's bastard half-brother. He defeated Argilac the Arrogant, the last of the Storm Kings, and captured his castle of Storm's End. For his accomplishments, Orys was made Lord of Storm's End by Aegon I Targaryen and founded House Baratheon. Orys took the sigil and words of the defeated House Durrandon as his own, cementing his rule over the Stormlands by marrying Argella Durrandon, the daughter of the fallen Argilac.

    • Before House Baratheon rose to nobility, Orys Baratheon was Aegon I Targaryens most trusted and successful general. Orys therefore had spend most of his life amidst war camps. His sons never left his side and therefore were raised among soldiers. Drystan thrived in this environment. He fitted right in. It was no surprise that out of all the Baratheon boys, Drystan came out as the one who would follow in his fathers footsteps gaining glory on the battlefield.
    • When the war in Westeros was over and there weren't any battles left to be fought, Drystan went to Braavos with the idea to train with the water dancers. He wanted to become an even better fighter. To learn more skills by mastering another fighting style.
    • His father was supportive, but since House Baratheon had not risen to nobility yet, there wasn't a lot of money to spend on Drystans journey. He ran out of the given money quite fast and therefore joined a sellsword company, who sold fighting services to the highest bidder. He became part of the sellsword company: the Windblown and forgot about his quest to train with the water dancers.
    • The name of the sellsword company was "the Windblown" because they say the wind blows them around from one city to the next in Essos, looking for employers who will contract them to fight. They moved on to Pentos, but Drystan didn't want to leave Braavos. He loved the city, so he left the company and stayed.
    • After leaving the company, it was harder for Drystan to find high-paying customers. He started accepting more and more shady deals.
    • One day he encountered a man obsessed with magic, who would pay him a high sum if he would retrieve something for him. It was a strange request that felt unsettling, but Drystan never asked questions. He went to the House of Black and White to retrieve one of the faces that would be presented in a grand hall. Drystan had never before heard of the House of Black and White and didn't know what he was getting himself into. He was caught by the faceless men, ruthless assasins that were 'no one' and served the Many-Faced God of Death.
    • There leader saw raw potential in Drystan and instead of killing him, said that it was the will of their God to recruit him. Drystan started training with them to become no one. He loved their vision on killing and death, but failed to shed his Baratheon identity. In his training he had learned how to wear a different face, but only for a few minutes and it never fitted perfectly. This, because he never completely became no one.
    • When word reached that House Baratheon was risen to nobility and his family needed him back, he turned his back on the faceless men. He did not leave for Westeros empty-handed. He had taken two faces from the House of Black and White, to keep using when needed and to investigate how to properly harvest new ones.
    • The faceless men are after him. So is his with magic obsessed former client, who still wants the faces for himself.

    • Can wear another face, but only for a short while, and only if the person to whom the face belongs is dead. He can only use the two faces he took with him from Essos, but is searching for ways to harvest new ones.
    • Absolutely new to all this nobility nonsense, but he does see the vision.
    • Extra devoted to The Stranger, as it is the death god of the faith of the seven.
    • Is searching for some clients to do some dirty work for now he is back in Westeros.
    • Loves physical touch, so visits brothels often.
    • His biggest dream is to explore the world and visit places no one has ever been to.

House Bolton is one of the oldest noble houses in the North and long-time rivals of House Stark. For centuries, they claimed the right of First Night and practiced flaying their enemies, wearing their skins as cloaks.
Though sworn bannermen to House Stark, they are not loyal to them.

Seat The Dreadfort, a bleak and ancient stronghold in the North of Westeros.
Sigil A flayed man, red on pink.
    Words "Our Blades Are Sharp.".

    • Elowyn was send to live with the Targaryens in her early teenage years. Royce Bolton believed they already had too many women at home and sending the youngest away was the easiest option.
    • During the Conquest, Royce did not bother to get Elowyn back home. Either, the Targaryens would loose and Elowyn might die: she was only a daugther and he had more of those anyway. If the Targaryens would win, he'd already have someone on their side.
    • Now, with the Conquest finished it is time for Elowyn to get back home to get married. She, however, does not want to back to Dreadfort and pays XXX to intercept the letters from Dreadfort to the Targaryens. ⁣

    • Keeps a tiny, hand-carved wooden figurine of a flayed man—but paints it bright pink and decorates it with ribbons, as a way to mock her house’s grim reputation.
    • Keeps a personal gravebook—not of deaths, but of endings (friendships, beliefs, moments)
    • Wants to marry into one of the seven great houses
