    8 is een Amerikaans toneelstuk gecreëerd door Dustin Lance Black, als een her-uitvoering van juridische argumenten en getuigenverklaringen in de zaak van Perry v. Schwarzenegger.
    Deze zaak was tegen de wet “Proposition 8”. Deze wet verbood homoseksuele koppels om te trouwen in Californië.

    Dit toneelstuk is daarop gebaseerd en werd uitgezonden om geld op te halen tegen zulke wetten. Ik vond het wel de moeite waard om even te kijken.

    Je moet de eerste 30 minuten even skippen, dan begint het toneelstuk. (Er komt een knop te staan ongeveer 1 seconde nadat het filmpje begint, daarmee kun je 30 minuten vooruit spoelen.)

    Dat is weer iets persoonlijks natuurlijk. :Y) Zelf vind ik het ook een erg goed stuk'. and not only because of the famous people, mostly because it's helping with the fight for equal marriage rights.
