    Asher is 3 jaar oud als ze gediagnosticeerd wordt met ALL; acute lymfoïde leukemie.
    Een gevecht dat ze na een lange strijd overwint en waar ze dapper te boven weet te komen.
    Ze bloeit op tot een vrolijke jonge vrouw, wie geniet van haar leven en zich heeft voorgenomen om daar alles uit te halen wat kan. De brunette maakt haar school af, stort zich op haar passie voor het kunstschaatsen, waarin ze tot op een professionele hoogte terecht komt.
    Asher leeft, gaat uit met haar vrienden — op vakanties met haar vriendinnen, en familie.
    En ze wordt verliefd.
    Santiago steelt haar hart op een subtiele wijze, net zoals hij de punten steelt voor het welbekende ijshockey team waarin hij speelt.
    Tot ALL haar leven weer binnendringt, harder dan ooit tevoren.
