Dear fellow residents of Panem. Soon the annual Hungergames will start again and to make sure this year's Hungergames will last longer than the previous, we decided to team up the districts in 12 seperate teams of two random tributes. Later explanation will follow.

Someone once said it was choice, not chance, that determines our destiny. I used to agree with him all my life. We write our own story, that’s what I thought. But after all that happened, I must say that I think I’ve changed my mind. Because if I’d really had a say in this, I sure would’ve chosen differently.
