Gewoon opslaan en er .jpg achter typen.

Openen in paint -> klik Opslaan als... -> bestandstype veranderen naar JPG -> opslaan

Dat had ik net ook met mijn avatar, ik heb hem geopend met Paint, daarna op 'opslaan als' klikken en bestandstype van PNG naar JPEG veranderd. ^^ Dan moet 'ie het doen.
