The Last Jump
The Last Jump
She slams the door behind her back,
Runs outside, not knowing where to go.
She can still hear the screaming,
And her legs move too slow.
The night is cold and dark,
She tries to find a place to hide,
With only darkness around her,
And anger and fear inside.
She can't go on anymore,
So there she stands with tears in her eyes,
One last jump,
And she flies.
Goodbye little girl,
You're leaving so much behind.
But this wasn't your fault,
So there is a place in heaven you'll find.

Zo een mooi gedicht, dit raakt me echt omdat genoeg mensen dit overwegen terwijl ze zelf niks fout hebben gedaan <3
