Muisarm - Lifestyle

Ik heb door het vele computeren helaas een muisarm (RSI) gekregen waarbij ik heel erg moet uitkijken. Vooral als ik met quizlet bezig ben spelen de symptomen weer op. Heeft iemand hier ook last van? Gewoon een vraagje :')
