If you've never played C-A-W, it's pretty easy. One person makes a wish (i.e.: ''I wish I had a big, juicy, hamburger.'') and the next person grants it with a catch and then makes one of their own for the next person to corrupt (i.e: ''Granted, but it was made using the flesh of your loved ones. I wish I could fly.'').
