"Dit zijn de oorbellen. Geef ze aan het juiste meisje en maak haar gelukkig, pas daarna mag je terug komen om je beloning op te halen,' meldde de man achter de kassa van de juwelier. De jongen met de hazelnoot bruine ogen keek hem aan alsof hij gek was geworden, waarna hij een hand door zijn korte haren haalde. "Oke, ik doe het." De juwelier kreeg een glimlach op zijn gezicht, hij pakte het kleine doosje die hij aan de jongen overhandigde.
"Als je het juiste meisje vind en haar de oorbellen geeft, mag je de trouwringen gratis, als beloning,"
De jongen was er heilig van overtuigd dat het hem zou lukken. Hij zou de jongen zijn die geen moeite hoefte te doen voor een meisje. De oorbellen waren magisch, iets wat niemand mocht weten. Het meisje zou nooit de oorbellen uit mogen doen. Wat stond de jongen nog in de weg? De zoektocht naar het meisje.
Hoe ik dat weet? Ik ben de jongen. Ik ben Justin Drew Bieber, een van de achttienjarige jongens op deze wereld. Een die vroeg zou moeten trouwen, die een meisje moest vinden die van hem hield. Elena Fields werkt als sportfysiotherapeut in Londen en heeft een vreselijke hekel aan voetballers. Dan krijgt ze van haar oom een baan bij FC Barcelona aangeboden, eigenlijk ziet ze die baan helemaal niet zitten en wil er niet op in gaan. Maar dan realiseert ze zich dat ze met het salaris dat daar te verdienen is haar jongere zusje, Caitlin, kan helpen. Die verlaten is door haar vriend en met een baby in haar buik en een lege bankrekening thuis zit. Ze neemt zich voor in Barcelona gewoon te kijken hoe het gaat, en zo snel mogelijk terug te keren als Caitlin weer op de goede weg is. Alleen loopt dit niet helemaal volgens plan als Mister Brown Eyes in haar leven komt.
