Oftewel de Belgen moeten tellen en de Nederlanders mogen tellen en/of boemen.

Een 'regel' over het boemen:
-Er moet minstends één getal staan voor je überhaupt kán boemen.-

-Je kunt niet boemen als de gene je voor je al 'Boem'! heeft geplaatst (Bv:
Kees: BOEM!
Jan: Boem!
Dit kan dus niet en het is ook niet echt leuk)
