Om maar met de deur in huis te vallen was ik eigenlijk wel benieuwd wat de populatie van Quizlet nou eigenlijk vond van Justin Timberlake's nieuwste lied? Ik zag er nog geen topic over, wat ik stiekem wel wat vreemd vond. Ik had wel verwacht dat dit echt een Quizlet topic was eigenlijk. Maar goed, vandaar dat ik hem dus nu open.
Danja, een van de co-producers (naast Timbaland natuurlijk, want dat is Timberlake's main man) had dit erover te zeggen:
"I like to think of "Filthy" as the disruption between the world we're living in and his world. The world that he's living in with his family, his friends that he came up with, his musical roots and everything. We're gonna go into, easily, the other type of feelings and vibes of his album that were kind of presented in the trailer... [It] is the kind of in-between thing, that jump-off thing that kinda wipes the palette clean for him to be able to tell the story that he wants to tell. I can't say that "Filthy" was described in the trailer, but "Filthy" played its role in the whole album."

Of hoe jullie staan tegenover de clip? Het is natuurlijk allemaal wat vreemd, maar na Timberlake's Tunnel Vision videoclip konden we zo'n beetje alle kanten op weten te gaan, naar mijn mening? En wat is jullie mening over de lyrics? Is het Timberlake of niet? Zijn jullie door dit lied geïnteresseerd in zijn nieuwe album "Man of the Woods"? Vinden jullie al het commentaar onder de video (en eigenlijk overal op het internet) terecht of zijn jullie wel fan van zijn nieuwe stijl? Of in ieder geval, dit nieuwe lied? Voor sommige is het gewoon zoiets simpels als "ik moet het vaker horen", terwijl anderen er vanaf het eerste moment al goed in weten te zitten.
