Ik maak al heel lang covers, en heb ook twee andere coverstores, maar die zijn een beetje dood gebloed.
Daarom maak een een nieuwe, omdat ik het nog steeds leuk vind covers te maken (:

Ik heb een comic, maar toch ben ik benieuwd wat je er mee kunt maken, dus gewoon omdat t leuk is c;

Mogelijke titel: Last Life
*Username (en moet die erop?): hoeft niet.
*Samenvatting (als het geheim moet blijven kan een beknopte samenvatting ook): Het is een verhaal over een zombie apocalypse. Vier survivors waaronder, twee meisjes en twee jongens.
Maar ik zou het liever alleen de twee characters erop willen hebben die ik op m'n eigen cover heb staan: klik
*Plaatjes (of ongeveer, faceclaims?): Ik heb helaas niemand, maar als je personen kunt vinden die op de characters lijken die ik heb getekend, mag je ze gebruiken ^^

Het zijn gewoon sprookjes of bijna- sprookjes, maar dan op een manier dat ze grappiger/ logischer of mooier worden.

Gewoon sprookjesfiguren zijn prima, met een bos, kasteel of stad. Wat jij leuk vind.

NAME:

❀ Orpheus / Pollux / Daphnis / Narcissus
Now, Orpheus seems to be known by many names, and none of the ones I listed were given to him by his parents. He himself seems to prefer “Orpheus”, which most probably means “Orphan”.
Two of his other most prominent names are Pollux (from the stories of Castor and Pollux), and Daphnis (known as a Sicilian shepherd and poet).
(He is also known as several other famous Hellenic characters, one of which being Narcissus, though that whole story about him probably was fabricated by someone who was bitter about being rejected.)

AGE:

Doesn’t ever appear to grow much older than 25 due to his poor mental health. His current body is about 19 years old (though incarnations of him have been known since many centuries BCE).
He is a Pisces sun, Gemini rising, and Aquarius moon.

When Orpheus’ divine parents were creating his soul, he ran off to the human world as soon as it had the right size for a physical body so that he could follow his twin soul (who was meant to be mortal), Castor. However, since he wasn’t meant to experience earth in such way, he tends to become extremely depressed every life he lives there regardless of the circumstances. His divine parents are currently trying to get him to come back to them so they can put him in his rightful place of godhood.

Orpheus is generally seen as a mysterious young man with a strange charm about him. On one hand, he is very social, communicative, and good at connecting with others on a deep personal level; while on the other, he reeks from loneliness and the inability to be properly understood.
He likes to have fun and play harmless tricks on others – and perhaps more harmful ones on those that are unjust or cruel. Orpheus has a youthful quality to him that can be outright childish (mostly showing in his mischief and attempts at near naive optimism).
He’s very creative and learning new things can make him giddy and excitable. That, along with weird jumps he makes in his thoughts that somehow lead to correct conclusions, causes him to come off as a bit of a mad genius sometimes.
Orpheus is witty and well-spoken, stubborn and not easily riled up in arguments or discussions. Many people who try to get genuinely close to him eventually end up concluding that it is impossible to have much emotion for him at all, though that isn’t true. Orpheus is actually (much like it looks like at first glance) a very passionate person with intense emotions – but as soon as you start trying to open him up because you want more of it, he shuts down and gets annoyed.

Orpheus is an androgynous man (or woman) of either average height, or a bit below it. He tends to be slender to skinny, often slightly malnourished – as is most definitely the case currently due to his eating disorder. He has somewhere between curly and wavy hair, currently dark brown, that reaches down to his collar bones. He sometimes wears such in braids.
He has tan skin with freckles everywhere. His eyes are hazel, leaning towards green.
Overall, Orpheus is described as a very good-looking young person, even though he looks more like a boy than a full grown man.

PAST:

When Orpheus’ divine parents were creating his soul, he ran off to the human world as soon as it had the right size for a human body so that he could follow his twin soul (who was meant to be mortal), Castor. Upon reaching the surface of earth, he forgot everything he had known before.
The first advances made by his divine family to get him back were all dismissed by Orpheus (who didn’t quite trust anything otherworldly and felt the need to test the beings reaching out to him before doing anything they asked of him, no matter how friendly they appeared). However, after some lives, three younger gods, Apollo, Artemis (who were meant to be Orpheus’ siblings), and Dionysus got into contact with him. Apparently much more at ease around them, he grew close to them rather quickly and fell (mutually) in love with Dionysus.
Over the course of several lives, Aphrodite (one of his divine parents) managed to also set him up with the shepherd god Pan (sometimes better known as the centaur Chiron).
Around the same time, a group of lower gods had been sent to earth to be tested before ascending to godhood. Orpheus grew rather close to one of them who was best known as Jason, leader of the Argonauts – as well as several others on this ship. He became known as a prophet, magician, and musician; one whose music would be so beautiful that it could charm or tame any being – including rocks or gods. (This also interlocks with a story of Orpheus following one of the incarnations of his twin soul, his wife Eurydice, into the Underworld to ask Hades to give her back. Hades is charmed by his songs, agrees, but warns Orpheus not to look over his shoulder at Eurydice until both of them have reached the surface. Orpheus does as asked, but turns around too soon when Eurydice is still partially behind even though he is already on earth, and ultimately fails his task.)
All seemed good and well for him, until chief god Zeus decided to directly approach him to ask Orpheus to marry him. Zeus came down in human form, abducted Orpheus as a young boy, toyed with him, and then eventually raped him; followed by the proposal to marry him. Orpheus, traumatized, rejected him, and in anger Zeus killed him.
Ever since, Orpheus has been experiencing sexual abuse throughout his lives and fearful encounters with this god – and usually once he realizes who is terrorizing him, it’s already too late and results in Orpheus dying in one way or another.

GIFT:

Orpheus has telepathy (though reading other people’s minds beyond what is deliberately shared is much harder than simply sending them messages or conversing with them), a lot of charm, magical talent, and is excellent at astral travel. Another thing that may be considered a psychic ability of his is his ability to puzzle the vaguest clues together correctly or to recognize accurate patterns even when he shouldn’t be able to (because realistically, he’d lack the necessary context for it).
Orpheus himself prefers to call this last part intelligence, though on some level he’s quite aware that it could be more than that, whether it be subconscious knowledge he has from former lives, or an actual spiritual gift.

FEARS:

Orpheus genuinely isn’t afraid of much and has often been described as fearless (or, more negatively, reckless). However, Zeus is a large issue in all of his lives, and with Zeus comes the fear of commitment, general paranoia, and a massive fear of sexuality.

A fox, mostly because the spirit of this animal was assigned to guide Orpheus on earth and because their archetypical personalities are extremely similar (both are tricksters). Orpheus is fond of most animals though, especially butterflies, snakes, and any sort of corvid.

RELATIONS:

Now, Orpheus is very much polyamorous and tends to love multiple people at once (of any gender). Some of his lovers are as follows:
❀ Dionysus, god of wine, fruit, theater, and insanity
❀ Pan, shepherd of the dead as well as a god of the wild and magic
❀ Jason (later best known as Hebrew arch angel Samael), leader of the Argonauts and a lower god who was sent to earth for a prolonged period of time to be tested before ascending to godhood
❀ Medea, a powerful sorceress and priestess of Hekate as well as Orpheus’ soul twin
❀ Felim, a sailor and writer who tends to write down all of the adventures Orpheus goes though
❀ Helena, also a story teller and a bit of a manifestation of Orpheus’ mommy issues (though they’re the same age)
❀ Lucio, another writer (and doctor) except that he’s really depressed

Mortal family:
Somehow, Orpheus never feels at home with any of his mortal families, which is probably why he calls himself “orphan”. No one in here is important enough to mention, for most of them were at least at some point abusive or neglectful (or absent altogether).

Divine parents:
Hermes, Aphrodite, Helios, Lamia, Persephone, Hades, and Hekate.
Orpheus is only really aware of a few – these being Hermes and Lamia (and there may be some awareness of Hekate to some extent). This amount of soul parents is unusual for a human, but rather normal for a god.
In mythology, it is often claimed that Zeus is Orpheus’ father, but this is a lie that probably came to be to indicate that Orpheus’ divine parents are powerful.

Soul twin:
Castor / Medea / Eurydice.
Now, “twin” indicates some sort of familial relationship, which is a bit misleading. When speaking of souls made by the same deities (or at least a large overlap in them), this is closer to our modern understanding of “soulmates” than of siblings. For this reason, Orpheus’ relationship with Castor on earth tends to be romantic.

Aestivate (verb) • To summer, to spend the summer.
Na 4 vreugdevolle jaren als basgitarist en zanger in de welbekende band ‘5 Seconds Of Summer’, besluit Calum Hood om het drukke bestaan achter zich te laten en een nieuw hoofdstuk in zijn leven te starten. Natuurlijk is dit voor hem niet simpel, want het was niet zomaar een groepje, het was namelijk een hechte vriendengroep geworden. Maar hij wilt het wat rustiger aandoen, daarom besluit hij om samen met de lokale jeugdbeweging op kamp te gaan als monitor. Zo hoopt Calum dat hij een rustige zomer tegemoet kan gaan, maar jammer laat het lot dit niet toe.
~~Ik weet dat dit heel vaag is, als je vragen hebt mag je die gerust stellen ^^!~~

Sowieso zou ik graag hebben dat Calum Hood er op komt en het liefst op de achtergrond de zee ofzo. Ook mogen er (jonge) kinderen in zijn omgeving zijn of tenten.

Zou horizontaal en verticaal kunnen, of niet?

Het ligt erg ver uit mijn comfortzone, en ben er ook niet tevreden over. Als je het heel erg vind dat het geen strand is kan ik het nog aanpassen, het strand werkte alleen niet zo mee

Ik vind hem niet heel mooi, de schilderijen zijn een beetje slordig uitgeknipt

Dankje! Ik vind het niet zo perfect, maar wel niet lelijk. Ik had een meer tropische cover verwacht om eerlijk te zijn. Maar toch bedankt voor de moeite!
