Dan gaat het hangen en wordt het flubberig. Ik train het nu twee weken niet meer en dan is het al merkbaar. Niet dat ik bodybuilderbenen heb ofzo.

Dat laatste a. mijn probleem is dat ik bij handbagage ruimte te kort kom en ik me koffer juist ruimte over heb
