But believe me, talking helps.

I've had some problems myself too.
Since I was born actually.
I want to a psychiatrist and it didn't work out well.
But I've been there for 5 years, and finally I've learned to let some things behind me.
Talking seems not helping, but it does, maybe not right from the start but eventually.
