It does and I actually love this end, cuz you know at first I wanted to let my first hobbit story end kinda the same way. I wanted Thorin to get killed in front of Lyris by her father where after she'd of course hate him but then he'd kidnap her where after she'd escape after many years and then go to Dain ask him to kill her so she could be with Thorin forever.
1 decennium geledenSo that was the plan but then I realised I could maybe make it a bit more interesting by letting them both alive and then start a new story about their children, whereby one is cursed...And when of course there are much more things i can write about now in this whole new Frozen Hobbit story ;p
