7 jaar geledenHet BSA staat voor Bindend Studie Advies. Stel dat je in een collegejaar 60 studiepunten kan behalen (zoals bij mij), dan moet je een bepaald aantal halen om door te mogen naar het volgende jaar. In mijn geval is dat 45.
Dat houdt in dat je, als je op z'n minst 45 punten haalt, je door mag naar het tweede jaar, zonder dat je al je vakken hebt gehaald. Zolang je die punten maar hebt. De vakken die je dan niet hebt gehaald, mag je dan het jaar erop erbij doen. Of ja, mogen.. Moeten, eigenlijk.
Het BSA is dan het advies dat je krijgt. Dit bestaat uit twee delen: voorlopig en definitief.
Voorlopig hebben we afgelopen week gekregen. Dan wordt er gekeken naar het aantal punten dat je tot nu toe kon halen en hoeveel punten je daarvan gehaald hebt. Als dit genoeg is, krijg je een positief advies. Een positief advies houdt in dat je goed bezig bent en vooral lekker zo door moet gaan. Een negatief advies houdt in dat je nog niet genoeg punten behaald hebt en dat je nog echt even goed je best moet doen.
Je definitieve advies besluit uiteindelijk of je door mag naar het tweede jaar. Dus: heb ik 45 punten of hoger, mag ik door. Heb ik 44 punten of lager, dan zit mijn studie erop en kan ik een andere universiteit gaan zoeken. (:
Hopelijk maakt mijn hele verhaal het wat duidelijker, haha!
