Stretchers en zwemmen? - Lifestyle

Ik heb net een stretcher gekocht, om naar 3 mm. te gaan maar morgen wil ik gaan zwemmen. Maakt het uit of ik hem vanavond of morgenavond stretch als ik hem na het zwemmen goed verzorg?

Hmm ik zou het na het zwemmen doen, anders krijg je veel bacterien binnen via de wond.

Ik zou het niet doen. Dan kan het gaan ontsteken.

Ik zou het erna doen als ik jou was . Als je gaat zwemmen in chloor -of juist water zonder chloor- heb je grote kans dat zoiets gevoeligs nog meer gaat iriteren en ontsteken. Je kunt beter tot morgen avond wachten. Tis maar een dagje en dat scheelt je een hoop pijn!
