Q U I D D I T C H De belangrijkste sport in de Wizarding World is Quidditch, een spel dat gespeeld wordt op bezems en met twee teams van zeven spelers. Hoewel er vaak gedebatteerd wordt of Quidditch wel helemaal veilig is voor het welzijn van zijn spelers, blijft het razend populair en ook op Hogwarts. Elk jaar organiseert de school een Quidditch toernooi voor alle vier de afdeling en zo ook dit jaar… welcome to the Modern Marauders Inter-House Quidditch Cup!
Rules and information Deze hele wedstrijd zal uitgespeeld worden door middel van random.org. Het gaat als volgt. Stap 1 Geef van te voren je personage een cijfer [1-5] om te bepalen hoe goed ze zijn in Quidditch en hoe goed hun bezemsteel is - zorg dat dit past bij je personage. De hoogte van het cijfer bepaald hoe meer hij/zij kans heeft om te scoren. [Voeg evt. de bezemsteel van je personage toe aan die omschrijving.] Stap 2 Vervolgens randomize ik wanneer de Snitch in het spel komt [ronde 3-8], dit om te voorkomen dat de snitch gelijk in de eerste ronde gevangen kan worden. Stap 3 Dan begint de eerste ronde. Eerst randomize ik hoeveel gebeurtenissen er in deze ronde komen [1-10]. Dan stop ik de volgende mogelijke gebeurtenissen in de randomizer: afdeling scoort (als dit de uitkomst is, laat ik daarna de chasers vs de keeper battelen en daaruit komt of de keeper hem tegenhoudt of door laat gaan), afdeling ziet de Snitch, afdeling wordt geraakt door een Bludger (en dan randomize ik een persoon), afdeling slaat Bludger, afdeling valt aan, maar mist. Het aantal keer dat ik deze verschillende gebeurtenissen in de randomizer stop, heeft te maken met de score die de personages hebben. Stap 4 Er zijn nog een aantal speciale gebeurtenissen die het spel kunnen veranderen, maar die een limiet of speciale regel hebben. Afdeling vangt Snitch: dit heb ik in het begin al gerandomized and deze komt er dus pas in vanaf welke ronde er uit de randomizer kwam. Afdelings speler raakt gewond: dit kan maar 2x in de hele wedstrijd gebeuren. Afdelings captain roept voor een time-out: dit kan maar 2x in de hele wedstrijd gebeuren. Verandering of ongeval door het weer: dit kan maar 1x in de hele wedstrijd gebeuren. Stap 5 Nu heb ik een lijst van gebeurtenissen die er uit de randomizer gekomen zijn en daarmee kunnen we dus de posts gaan schrijven, totdat al die gebeurtenissen gebeurd zijn en dan beginnen we weer opnieuw, totdat de Snitch gevangen is.
