Counter Culture Festival 2014 takes place on Saturday the 31th of May.
Location? The Julianapark at Utrecht.
As always, you can enter the festivalsite for free.
No entrance fees.
CCF is all about alternative, underground art.
Hailing from the squats of the Netherlands and internationally orientated.
The festival kicks off at 15.00h.
2006 saw the first edition of CCF and the Counter Culture Foundation will host the seventh edition in 2014. While our first festival mainly was an alternative way to rally against the evacuation of the Vismarkt and De Dump, we are now a joint voice against commercial, middle of the road, popular culture.
Counter Culture Festival is our way of presenting fresh and alternative sounds to a large crowd. We are united in our love for DIY.
The Counter Culture Foundation itself was established in 2005. Its volunteers are mostly active to this day and the festival as a whole is organized by volunteers only.
If you would like to help out, give us a shout. With help of all our volunteers, the acts, partners and financial support from a number of donors we are able to host the seventh editon of Counter Culture Festival on May 31st, 2014.
Ik denk niet dat er heel veel mensen zijn die dit kennen hier, of er heen gaan. Mijn nicht helpt elk jaar mee om dit festival op te zetten, ik ben er een keer of twee geweest aan het begin, maar dit jaar ben ik ook vrijwilliger aan de bar. Persoonlijk vind ik het altijd wel leuk en entree is gratis. Als je in de buurt is moet je eens een kijkje komen nemen.
