    Ik had een deal gesloten met Dirkje/Tsubomi en toen mocht ik het volgende topic openen ;D

    Je mag hier alles, maar dan ook alles dumpen wat maar met anime, manga of Japan te maken heeft. (:

    Wat is in hemelsnaam een otaku?

    In modern Japanese slang, the term otaku is mostly equivalent to "geek" or "nerd". However, it can relate to any fan of any particular theme, topic, hobby or form of entertainment. "When these people are referred to as otaku, they are judged for their behaviors - and people suddenly see an “otaku” as a person unable to relate to reality". The word entered English as a loanword from the Japanese language. It is typically used to refer to a fan of anime/manga but can also refer to Japanese video games or Japanese culture in general.

    En wat zijn manga en anime dan?
    Manga are comics created in Japan, or by Japanese creators in the Japanese language, conforming to a style developed in Japan in the late 19th century. They have a long and complex pre-history in earlier Japanese art.
    In Japan, people of all ages read manga. The medium includes works in a broad range of genres: action-adventure, romance, sports and games, historical drama, comedy, science fiction and fantasy, mystery, suspense, detective, horror, sexuality, and business/commerce, among others. Since the 1950s, manga has steadily become a major part of the Japanese publishing industry, representing a ¥406 billion market in Japan in 2007 (approximately $3.6 billion) and ¥420 billion ($5.5 billion) in 2009. Manga have also gained a significant worldwide audience.

    Anime are Japanese animated productions featuring hand-drawn or computer animation. The word is the abbreviated pronunciation of "animation" in Japanese, where this term references all animation, but in English, the term is defined as a Japanese-disseminated animation style often characterized by colorful graphics, vibrant characters and fantastic themes. English-language dictionaries define anime as "a Japanese style of motion-picture animation" or as "a style of animation developed in Japan".

    Nou, nu dat ik m'n examens heb gehad en nu eindelijk vakantie heb kan ik beginnen aan mijn animelist. Alleen heb ik geen idee waar ik moet beginnen... Welke zal ik eerst kijken?

    Oh, ik heb echt heel handig al die links naar de pagina's met de anime bij mijn bookmarks gezet. Eerste keer in mijn leven dat ik zoiets handigs doe.
    En even iets heel anders haha heb vandaag te horen gekregen dat ik niet ben aangenomen waar ik had gesolliciteerd aahh, schiet echt niet op met werk vinden lol

    Jup ;D Heb hem voor paar weken terug nog herkeken ;d. Eigenlijk wilde ik gewoon 1 episode kijken en die bleek gewoon helemaal aan het eind te zitten :'D..

    Nooo, zo jammer. ;c Maar de volgende keer is het vast beter. ^^ Het is ten slotte niet heel makkelijk om een baantje te vinden de laatste tijd. Maar het lukt je vast~!

    Hehe. :'D Welke is dat dan? ;O Die heb ik dan vast nog niet gezien, laat maar, anders spoiler ik mezelf weer. XD
    Maar ik vind het echt geweldig, en ik ben sowieso enorm fan van Aoi-chan. :3
    En Usui natuurlijk, hoe kun je Usui nou niet leuk vinden? (cat)
    En sowieso vind ik Misaki echt een geweldige vrouwelijke protagonist. :3 Vooral zo na Sawako van Kimi ni Todoke is het echt geweldig om nu een beetje een tomboy achtig type als hoofdpersoon te hebben. :'D
