Dit verhaal gaat over Eloise Griffel. De zus van Hermelien Griffel. Ze brengen vaak hun kerstvakanties bij de Wemels door. Maar als ze terugkeren op zweinstein, gebeuren er steeds vaker vreemde dingen. Zoals dat Perkamentus steeds vaker verdwijnt. Wat is er allemaal aan de hand op zweinstein? Lopen ze gevaar? Dit verhaal gaat over liefde, drama en dood.

Severus Snape: So when the time comes... the boy must die?
Albus Dumbledore: Yes. Yes... he must die.
Severus Snape: You've kept him alive so that he can die at the proper moment. You've been raising him like a pig for slaughter!
Albus Dumbledore: Don't tell me now that you've grown to care for the boy.
