Wel goed, omdat ik heb durven zeggen dat ik de wedstrijd stop wilde zetten en dat iedereen dat positief opvatte. Niet goed omdat ik onwijs veel spierpijn heb en me totaal niet goed voel.

Ik heb er ook wel even over gedaan. Eerst heb ik Sebas om hulp gevraagd, toen heb ik het aan Anouk verteld, in de angst afgewezen te worden en toen heb ik het topic ingelicht.
Ik heb maandag met gym gebadmintond (en bijna van mijn gymleraar gewonnen), ik heb 2 jaar gebadmintond lol. Maar ik kwam er dus vanochtend achter dat we gister geen warming up hadden gedaan, dus nu is mijn rechterzijde als het ware verdoofd/pijnlijk.
