08 - Not All Monsters Hide in Closets

So eh... this turned into a love story for some reason. I was going to let them be friends-with-benefits and all, but then I realised I really can't write any smut because it makes me hella uncomfortable and wow ok tmi. This has been - so far - the only chapter title that I've changed to accommodate recent events in both *the show* (lol Dean lol) and my writing for this chapter (because it's monstrously big lol I didn't expect that) :') Sort of Doctor Who influence as well, I guess? Very sweet Balthazar. Too sweet. Out-of-character sweet. You have been warned.

    "Was I any good?" he asked, to which Amriël chocked on her coffee and started coughing uncontrollably.
