De grammatica zuigt en soms de spelling

‘Newt, Rain! Come over here.’ Alby yelled, Newt almost ran to Alby, ‘What’s the problem?’ He asked. Rain also came running towards Newt and Alby, ‘What’s up?’ she asked, Alby sighed. ‘To be honest, I have no idea what it is but I hear weird sound coming from the forest and since you to know a lot about animals and stuff I want you two to go look at it.’ Newt gave Rain a concerned look. ‘Do you think the animals you’re talking about are dangerous?’ Rain asked, Alby just nodded. Newt looked even more concerned, ‘Alby you can’t just send a girl into the woods to check up some dangerous animals.’ Said Newt. ‘I know that’s why I send Rain with you.’ Said Alby smiling, Newt rolled with his eyes, ‘We’re gonna be fine, Newt’ said Rain to reassure Newt. They slowly walked back to the Glade to get some ropes and knifes, ‘What do you think those animals are?’ Newt asked carefully Rain shrugged ‘I have no idea but I hope that we can use the animals.’ She said.

When they got all the stuff they needed they walked into the forest. Newt could see that Rain wasn’t scared although he was. ‘Ya scared Newt?’ Rain asked with a grin on her face, Newt nodded ‘Nope I’ll welcome danger with open arms.’ Newt said to cover up his fear. Rain raised an eyebrow, ‘Yea right, pansy’ she said. ‘I am not scared, Rain.’ Newt pushed Rain playfully and ran away, ‘You’re not getting away with that you coward.’ Newt just ran and soon he was out of sight.

Rain just walked, she didn’t even know where she was going, until she saw Newt, it was like he was frozen. ‘Newt what’s up?’ you shouted at him but he didn’t answer, in fact he didn’t even move. Rain rolled her eyes and walked towards to him, when she finally was there she tapped him on the shoulder ‘Ya deaf or something?’ when she looked up she saw like ten huge animals. ‘Do- Do you have any idea what they are?’ Newt whispered, ‘They seem familiar to me but I can’t remember the name of it.’ Rain said, staring at the huge animals. She didn’t doubt and just walked towards to one of the animals, when she was almost there Newt grabbed her wrist strongly and pulled her back. ‘You don’t know how they will react.’ Rain looked kind of angry at Newt, immediately he let go of her wrist. ‘Just let me, okay? I think that they don’t want to hurt anyone. In fact I think they’re more scared of you than you are of them.’ Rain wanted to walk to them again, ‘Rain, be careful.’ She heard Newt say behind her. Rain just ignored the animals while she was walking to them, only one of the animals noticed that there was coming someone or something to them. It breathed loudly, Rain could she he was scared so she stopped walking. The animal was keeping an eye on her but the fear was gone, that must be the leader, Rain thought. She took tiny steps to the animal and held out her hand so the animal could smell at it. Rain wasn’t nervous or scared, she was more confident about this than walking into the Glade for the first time. ‘Calm down, I’m not here to hurt you.’ She said softly, the breath of the animal tickled her hand, carefully she reached out her hand so she could touch him.

When she thought that the animal trusted her she tried to put the rope around his neck, but that didn’t go as she planned. She was hoping that the second time it worked, but again she failed ‘Rain, shall we go back. I don’t think he wants to come with us.’ Newt said, Rain could still hear that he was nervous. ‘Newt can you take some steps backwards, I think it can feel how nervous you are.’ ‘I am not nervous, I just want you to be careful.’ He said, ‘I am being careful you shuckface, now take some steps back please.’ Rain didn’t took her eyes of the
animal so he could still see that she didn’t want to hurt him or something. Newt did what he was told and indeed the animal was more relaxed now, Rain carefully put the rope around his neck. ‘See you were the problem pansy.’ Rain said laughing at Newt, Newt just rolled with his eyes ‘Yes we know you’re the best.’ He sighed. Rain just laughed even harder,’ I’m not talking about that, I just think that it’s funny you’re scared of something that doesn’t even know what attacking means.’

‘So what are we gonna do with it?’ Newt asked trying to change the subject, ‘We’re going to ride it’ Rain said like it was something normal ‘I remember what they are, they’re horses, animals that are very loyal and want to do everything for you as long as you trust them.’ Explained Rain to him. ‘I’m not gonna sit on it’s back just so you know.’ Newt protested a lot in this discussing but in the end Rain won. Newt sat on the back of a horse ‘You’re gonna sit on his back too, right?’ Rain just nodded, trying to climb on the horse’s back. Now Newt could finally laugh, ‘Not that easy is it?’ Newt reached out his hand to help Rain climb on the horse.

When they finally were on the horse they needed to go back to the Glade, ‘And do you have any idea how you ride it?’ Rain shook her head. ‘Nope, but we’ll find out soon.’ She said, after thirty minutes of trying to figure out how to let a horse walk Newt was losing his patients. ‘I’ve had it, I’m walking back!’ Newt said, Rain don’t know what he did but the animal was running for it and the others horses were following. When they came back to the Glade they needed to stop the horse but how was the big question, Rain pulled at the rope that was around the horse’s neck and out of nowhere it stopped running and stood still. ‘I think you found out how to get him forward.’ Said Rain ‘Get me of off him now’ said Newt, Rain could hear he was even more scared of it know. ‘What did you do to get him walking so fast?’ asked Rain, ‘I don’t shucking know! I just wanted to get off but my legs weren’t working with me.’ Newt kind of fell of the horse which made the other Gladers laugh at him, especially Gally, Rain could see that Newt was shucking embarrassed about what happened. ‘Where did you found them, Rain?’ Asked Alby, ‘This Alby, are the animals that were making those weird noises.’ Rain explained ‘And yes Gally they’re not for food. These things are called horses, you can ride them as long as you trust them and you’re not scared of them. They can feel when you are so maybe we could use them for in the Maze. They’re so much faster than us and they will protect you.’ She said, Rain jumped of the horse now and wanted to go as soon as possible to Newt.

She took the horse with her which means that the other horses were following too, Rain let go of the rope and went looking for Newt. There was only one place where he could be, it was the place where he and Rain secretly meet. She saw Newt with his head in his hands ‘Newt?’ Rain said while she put her hand on his shoulder, ‘Are you okay?’ ‘I don’t know Rain, I don’t know what to do anymore?’ Newt his voice sounded sad and scared. ‘What do you mean?’ Rain asked, she sat down next to him, ‘I don’t know how to get your attention, I don’t know how to act in front of you, I don’t know how to get you out of my mind!’ Rain was kind of shocked, ‘Newt, I don’t know what to say’ ‘Of course you don’t. Who would like some sort of klunk like me’ Newt looked the other way, trying to avoid the look of Rain. ‘Newt, I like you. A lot. I can’t get you out of my mind neither. And every time we meet I just don’t know what to do or to say.’ Newt looked surprised, he obviously didn’t expect that from Rain, Newts face came closer to Rains and before she knew what was happening Newts lips were on hers. Rain pulled back looking deep into Newts eyes, ‘I love you Newt’ Rain whispered in his ear, ‘I love you even more’ Newt said and kissed her again.
