All but the same.
All but the same.
Oceans blue with changing tides,
nature nurtured long.
Deep abyss of mysteries,
echoes gentle song.
Granite black, the devil's soul,
lurking in the dark.
Greed and hatred seize control,
leaving a deep mark.
Violin plays red harsh strings,
Eerie sounds it makes.
Love and anger tied a knot,
until that string breaks.
White as pure, angelic snow,
Slight touch on the skin.
Innocence grabs through despair,
where we all begin.
Trees with leaves, such green delight,
changing colour now.
All beliefs are present here,
To take the final bow.
‘Tis but the world in which we live,
The world which we all share.
Ruined, yet still strangely bright.
A burden we all bear.
