I still see the smile on your face when we talked
I can't believe that you decided that it's over now
you didn't needed to say a word
I knew it right away

Saw the change in your eyes
the words left unspoken on your lips
i'm wondering what i said wrong
feeling lonely without you

the days went by, and then i saw the glittering in your eyes
my heart jumped out already, before you even made a sound
my smile, finally there again was interesting for you again, probably
i felt relieved,
i was back in the game again

trying to catch my eyes again
smiling when i looked at you
i'm turning my face the other side
didn't want to be broken again
didn't want to disappoint you, either
so i smiled back

still i wonder what i said wrong that day
that you left me all alone
without saying a word or so
i know you didn't own me an explanation
we were nothing
still wondering why you looked at me the first day, though
if you wasn't really intersted at all
