Hopelessly,
In order to find
What’s broken inside.

What fell apart,
I tried to soothe
A fearful heart.

I tried to walk
While I couldn’t stand,
Another day
That would never end.
As my mind
Was lost in a maze
From which it
Hopelessly
Tried to escape.
