guilt crept up my neck
when you told me your
head had been
filling up with dark
clouds

eyes began watering when
I was alone again and I
told myself I should have
been there to catch you before
you fell

blaming myself for your pain
and struggles, my mind got so foggy,
I only heard blades screaming
for me to release the pain inside
my heart
