As rain covers the earth

As the wind begins to stray,
And summers sail to pass.
Sky, it turns an autumn grey,
Clouds form a tidy net.

Darkness falls, within the rise,
Streams blow away the sun.
Water forms its battle cries,
As thunder starts the storm.

Little drops of charcoal sky,
All slowly raining down.
Dripping on the passerby,
Fresh glove, upon the ground.

Drops of dew touch red-tinged cheeks,
Pale skin adorns her face.
Silent echoes, so air seeks,
As hazel eyes give way.

Slightly opened, pink pale lips,
Tongue flicks to taste the rain.
Drops on skin, now playing tricks,
Small smile curves up in grace.
