Promise me

I was screaming in front of the stage. I never felt so happy in my whole life. I’ve slept with Andreas for one week in front of the gate. Everyday buying new cookies and candy, going to the toilet in the nearest café… And we’re standing in the first row of more than 12.000 people. I can’t imagine how we did this. It has been raining night and day for 48 hours. Our Quechua tent was soaked, my favorite hoodie too. A few girls were looking at me. Yes, I know. I’m a guy standing here with my BF between all those girls. But I don’t have to worry. I’ve better looks then they have. Tokio Hotel is rocking the concert hall. I already know, when I’ll be back home, putting all the concert photos on my laptop, there will only be photos of Tom. Tom. Tom. Tom. I don’t really like the singer, what’s her name again… Oh yes, Ashley. If the singer would be a man, the band would have more power in their music. I’ve the feeling she’s holding the guys up to be world’s biggest band. Tom always talks about the girls, but when you look closer at picture, videos and the concerts, you’ll see he’s at least attracted by man. I’m waving seductive at him. He has a big smirk on his face, and that proves what I’ve just said.

Outside we’re waiting for autographs. The people behind us force us to push back. It’s going to happen darlings… I only want Toms autograph. Yes, I’m selective. Just in front of his nose I stuck my arm through the fence. He looked up at me. This is our moment. We’re looking into each other’s eyes. Oh Tom… He took my hand and wrote something on it. It wasn’t an autograph. I could feel that. When he was finished he looked up at me and gave me a wink before he got in the tour bus.

‘Hotel Adlon Kempinski
Zimmer 483’

I quickly covered it before anyone else could read it. Should I tell Andreas about it? Would he let me go to Tom? I went with him to the station. I gave him a big hug and a kiss upon his cheek. “I’ll see you soon” I said before he got on the train to Hamburg. I didn’t told him about Tom… He doesn’t need to know what I’m going to do tonight. I stood in front of the hotel. The door-keeper just came to me. I put my thick, woolen scarf closer to my mouth before putting my hands in my pockets. “Can I help you?” He asked politely. I nodded. “Could you guide me to Room 483, please. I’m being expected their” I said. He gave me a nod before he showed me the way.

I’m standing in front of Tom’s door. He’s behind a 2 cm thick wooden door. I knocked softly after my mental meditation. I was staring at the floor before the door opened suddenly after 2 long minutes. “Hey, you finally came” His soft voice told me. I nodded while he let me in. I took of my scarf before I opened my jacket. He took it away from my shoulders before he hung it on the peg. “Wanna drink something?” – “Oh… No, thanks” I said, kind of unsure. “Sit down, you don’t have to be shy. I’m just a human like you, and all the others.” He closely came to sit next to me. His right hand stroke my right shoulder, his left hand laid on my knee. He rested his forehead against mine while we were looking into each other’s eyes. It was silent out here. You could even hear the wind blow through the trees in the middle of the street, Unter Den Linden. “What’s your name?” he whispered. “Bill” I said, almost unhearable. “Bill…” He said softly. And then… A kiss.
