Stefan Mikaelson is an Original Vampire. Stefan was born and raised in the supernatural town of Mystic Falls, Virginia and after graduating, he left Mystic Falls to get away and start over. He has an older brother, Klaus Mikaelson, Elijah Mikaelon, Finn Mikaelson, a younger brother Henrik Mikaelson and a younger sister Rebekah Mikaelson and an unknown brother. Stefan has had a love-hate relationship with them since he left them. Stefan's best friend was Lexi Branson and Caroline Forbes. In the 1920s, Stefan saw his brother Klaus and his sister Rebekah back again. He still hate klaus but some times they have good times with each other. He just want that we're gonna be a Family again.
