Peter Pan

People want me to grow up
Spend my time thinking about the future
But when I close my eyes
I see what really matters for me
I see myself flying in the highest clouds
Running in a field
Singing a song on stage
Writing a book
I see a little girl that waits for Peter Pan
I see myself dreaming
Age doesn’t matter anymore
Worries are gone
I found that little girl back and see her smile
But her smile disappears when she wakes up
Because that’s the moment she realise
She has to grow up
That Peter Pan won’t come to her house
That little girl will never see Neverland
But I see a little smile on her face
‘Cause it’s all there when she closes her eyes
The only thing she has to do is saying
‘Goodnight.’
To the second star of the right
