I tried so hard to win your love
Something I was really proud of

Because I wanted you to be mine
You put mine on like you might love me back
And with this I think I lost the track

You told me you don’t love me as more then I am… A friend.
For me that felt like the end
It cut into my heart like a knife
Broke another part of my life
Thousands of my tears hit the ground

But then I realized I had to let go and move on
I erased the line I had drawn
