Why?

Is it really wrong
to love somebody
you're not supposed to love,
to want somebody just
so bad it hurts?
Can someone now tell me why?

Is it just some stupid rule
from some cool guys
who rule the world and say
that everything that's different
from them, is wrong?
Can they maybe tell me why?

Is it God who said it
that the wrong people
are doomed, go to hell
just because they love other people
who are from the same sex?
Can He just let me know why?

Is it you maybe
who judges me and tell me
that I should seek a girl
instead of a boy?
