October 29th
The year 1600
London, Leicester Square

There I stood, surrounded. Everybody yelling around me.
‘She’s a witch!’ I heard someone yell.
‘Let’s throw her into the river and see if she lives!’ A fat man wearing a weird long robe that was clearly out of fashion said. I laughed.
How stupid can they be? I wondered. How will I get out of this? My short blond – red hair and fire red eyes just scared them for a moment and they already think I’m a witch. I sighed and looked around to see if I could find an opening in the large mess that formed the crowd of people wanting me dead. When I turned around a tall man with messy black hair and beautiful deep blue eyes stood right before me. He smiled at me and suddenly grabbed my arm.
‘I will handle this one!’ He spoke to the crowd. All the people started mumbling irritated as they faded away.
‘Let go of me!’ I yelled at the man. ‘I ain’t no witch!’ He laughed and winked.
‘I say… Before they notice… RUN!’ The man tightened his grip and pulled me forward into the centre of Leicester Square. He stopped in a dark ally.
‘Who are you?’ I asked him.
‘I’m the Doctor.’ He said reaching his hand towards me. ‘You?’ Confused I grabbed his hand.
‘Okay… Doctor, I’m Kayla… Kayla Blackwood…’ I answered, leaving a break. ‘What is Doctor for silly name?’ I couldn’t help asking.
‘It’s my “silly” name…’ The Doctor said. ‘I can’t help noticing… Your skin is extremely cold!’ Fearing my secret I let go of his hand.
‘I’m sorry…’ I said embarrassed. ‘I always have cold hands… Runs in the family.’ The Doctor didn’t continue about it.
‘Why did those people think you were a witch?’ He asked instead. I looked up into the moon.
‘I dunno…’ I said absent. ‘Maybe my looks scared them… You don’t normally see a girl with long red hair and firered eyes. All people in 1600 are kind of really like idiots…’ I laughed and looked down into the eyes of the Doctor. I couldn’t read his feelings at all. He sighed, then smiled.
‘All humans are in one point.’ He whispered to me, as if he knew… ‘Well Kayla Blackwood… You don’t sound like you’re a Londoner! Where are you from?’ I laughed.
‘No, Doctor… I’m not!’ I answered. ‘I’m from the Netherlands! But since I hate Dutch, I came here to live in London, with my older brother… But I don’t think they accept me, or him…’ I pointed at a tall yet young man with dark red hair running away from an angry mob. The Doctor raised his eyebrows.
‘Well then…’ He said. ‘You can, I don’t know… Come with me for a while?’ I smiled.
‘Thank you Doctor. But why are you here?’ I curiously asked. ‘You don’t seem from around here, at all and your clothes look like they’re from another age!’ He laughed while he looked at his coat and sneakers.
‘You got me!’ He smiled and looked in my eyes. ‘I’m a traveler… I’m a long way from home. I’m here to inspect a case I’m on.’ I looked away when I saw him inspecting me. I felt a tear running down from my eye. Out of fear I ran away. Not looking where I was going I ran into a large group of people.

I think it is pretty interesting. I am also curious as to how this story will evolve. If you don't mind, I'll be following this story.

    Please keep writing.
