End without U’. Nick loopt weer vooruit en kijkt lachend naar Jenny die hem een speelse blijk toewerpt. Ik klap lachend in mijn handen en leg mijn hoofd op Joe’s schouder die Jenny en Nick ook lachend gadeslaat. Iedereen die ogen in zijn hoofd heeft, kan zien dat ze dit voor elkaar zingen en niet voor ons.

’Ik heb ook een kleinde verrassing voor je’ zegt Joe. Hij trekt me recht en sleurt me dan mee naar het podium. Snel trek ik mijn trouwjurk een paar centimeter naar boven, anders val ik hier nog grandioos op mijn gezicht.
’Misschien herrinner je je dit nog’ zegt Joe nadat hij Nick’s microfoon heeft overgenomen.
