09 - Doorway to Paradise
NOT BETA READ but I've spent so much time on this chapter that I just really wanted to air it. Warning: lots and lots of fluff. And misplaced commas because of the non-beta-readness of this chapter. (Not really a warning, but well, now you know what to expect hallelujah)
I never know what to put in between this many lines of conversation- it is not my strongest suit and therefore I feel like this is a bit... bad, but- well- let me know, 'kay?
Again, I don't know how these chapters just keep getting lengthier and a fair warning: just so much romcom stuff. Don't know the official tag for that. But ye be warned. I put in some (okay I think it's only three) meta (is this what I can use the term "meta" for?) references. Idk I feel bad for making sappy chapters because I prefer writing action sequences. But I also have a wing kink, I think, so that desire needed to be... satisfied. (I just really want to have wings myself I think. Or not. Like, wings that are invisible if I want them to be. Wouldn't that be great? I'd have the BEST angel cosplays. Now I'm just rambling, I know, and apparently I'm a lot like my cats, because I just keep staring at the people that keep cycling past my window and they are the ones to look away first- I am establishing dominance. Good.) Oh, and people from the past confronted with things from the future, I'm a big fan of that too. So I really wrote this chapter for my own personal enjoyment. Get off my back. :')
