Percy loved to learn and to know. He used to be pissed off at himself when he didn’t achieve the highest marks. And even now, when he was no longer at Hogwarts, he still loved to learn. There was only one difference: he didn’t learn through a book. No, he loved to learn about Oliver and the only way to day that, was to study Oliver and to be with him. That’s how Percy gained the knowledge that Oliver didn’t like soup as he was of the opinion that food should be a solid form and not a fluid, like soup is. He loved gaining knowledge, especially about Oliver.
