~Part 2~
“He is drinking again...” she thought by herself. “Again the red wine...” He started ninth glass in this half hour. He always drinks red wine during dinner but this was the first time he drank so much. He stared at her and asked why she was looking at him with ‘that’ look. “I don’t have a look.” She answered. He didn’t believed her. “You’re hiding something from me!” he shouted. “I see it in your eyes.” His eyes started tearing up. She took the wine and went to the kitchen. “That’s enough for today.” She said to herself. She came back, seeing him cry, broke her heart but she just walked by him. He grabbed her arm and whispered in her ear; “You won’t get away with that.” “With what? I didn’t do anything!” “ YES, you do!! I see in that look you give me! You know something!!” they both started shouting at each other. “Another fight...” she whispered to herself. “WHAT did you say?” “Damn, he heard me.” She wanted to go away, back to live with her mom and dad, she left the room but he followed her, grabbed her arm and pulled her back. She fought back, he had to let her go. She didn’t want this but he just was too strong for her to get away. He pushed her against the wall, hitting her head really hard. Her hands were trying to push him away but nothing worked. She wanted this to end. He pushed his lips on to hers. “Stop...” she tried to whisper, her voice was cracking, eyes tearing up and hands shaking. He didn’t listen. He pushed tried to push her onto the ground but she grabbed the knife that was laying on the table, trying to stab him somewhere. She missed the first times, he grabbed her wrist, holding her back from stabbing him, he pulled the knife out of her hand, threw it away. She crawled, towards the knife, trying to grab it back, but he put his arms around her neck. He used all his power, trying to strangle her but she had the knife, he didn’t know. “This is my only change.” She thought. “It’s him or me.” She wasn’t getting a lot of air, almost fainting, she stabbed the knife into his upper arm, causing him to fall down. She got up, grabbing her neck, catching her breath. She ran upstairs, as fast as she could. Putting some random clothes into her backpack. She ran out the door, don’t knowing where to go. She just had to get away from him, she had enough.
